This is to replace existing permit PRRN202204186 dated August 23, 2022 due to excessive delays and virtual abandonment of the job by the prior GC. The drawings are the same ones subimitted with permit PRRN202204186. Owners have formed a new LLC to become the GC to complete the work as quickly as possible so the pediatric urgent care clinic can open asap. Owners are Madeline and Steven Broemsen and her father Frank Scheer. The new GC for this project is FinRow Construction, LLC (Steven Broemsen. All prior work on the mechanicals under the prior permit have been "inspected and passed" by the city. This permit is needed as the prior GC is not cooperative including covering all sub expenses after being compensated via draws. All of the subs used by the prior GC are very much agreeable to working with new GC to completion and final CO inspections.
