2121 Midway Rd, #145, Suite 145 and Suite 150 are two separate suites that passed inspections and have tenants inside them as they have certificate of occupancy certificates each. Suite 150 is moving out, and Suite 145 would like to take over their space. To do so, they simply want to combine the two suites by adding a single door between the shared wall. No electrical, plumbing, or anything would be done aside from drywall being cut, and the contractor adding a door frame and door with sidelight glass. It's a very simple job that would take a single day to perform the work, as there isn't anything more to it than that. Then, Suite 145 would need a new certificate of occupancy for the combined space.
